By accessing or using the UNDRNK platform ("Service"), including our website, digital products, community features, and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
UNDRNK is operated by UNDRNK ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
UNDRNK offers digital products including but not limited to: the 3-Day Reset (free), the 30-Day Reset, Micro Guides, The UNDRNK Protocol, Challenges, and Community Membership. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Digital Delivery: Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to your purchased digital product(s) through your UNDRNK account. Access is granted via unique tokens linked to your account.
Promotional Pricing: We may offer promotional discounts, upgrade pricing, or coupon codes from time to time. These offers are subject to change without notice and may have specific eligibility requirements.
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once a digital product has been delivered and access has been granted, we generally do not offer refunds.
However, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing your purchased content, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of purchase, and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a refund at our discretion.
Community Membership: Monthly community subscriptions ($9/month) can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account through our authentication provider (Manus OAuth). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate community access for violations of these guidelines, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
All content on the UNDRNK platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, digital products, training protocols, nutrition guides, and software, is the property of UNDRNK and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Personal Use License: Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to access and use the digital product for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or sell any content from our products.
User Content: By posting content in the UNDRNK Community, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the platform. You retain ownership of your original content.
UNDRNK Challenges are structured programs with daily tasks, streak tracking, and leaderboards. Participation is voluntary. Leaderboard rankings are based on task completion and streak data. We reserve the right to modify challenge rules, tasks, or scoring at any time. Challenge access is granted upon purchase and remains available for the duration specified in the product description.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UNDRNK and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the competent courts of the Netherlands.
